日本政府の2025年度補正予算がこのほど承認され、19カ国・地域における21のUNFPAの活動に対し、10,219,119万ドル（約15億3286万9千円）が拠出されることが決まりました。このうち6件は2025年に横浜で開催されたアフリカ開発会議（TICAD）関連です。

その内容は以下の通りです。

The Government of Japan funds 10 million USD through the Supplementary Budget of FY2025

The Government of Japan allocated over $10 million USD from the Supplementary Budget funding scheme. It will support a total of 21 projects in 19 countries and Occupied Palestinian Territory. Six of those countries have been aligned to the spirit of TICAD (Tokyo International Conference of African Development) collaboration.
